Facilities Rental
We occasionally rent out use of use of Thomson Hall or Hangar One for special events. We are the only facility in the area that offers a secure meeting room that business professionals can drive or fly to and have the high speed wireless internet service they require, all at a budget you can afford. Options available for catered meals and personalized tours. The 50′ x 100′ hall can seat up to 180 people in meeting or 165 in dinner arrangements, and during summers there is an adjacent outdoor area with a large open-pit barbecue on a grassy lawn for larger gatherings. In addition to the kitchen and bar, the hall is also equipped with built-in sound and video systems, plus a tuned piano. Wireless internet access is available for meeting use. Of course, parking is not a problem.
Hangar One, recently renovated and expanded, boasts 6400 sq ft of floor space, room for 375 seated dinner guests, 400 in a meeting setting, rest rooms, video monitors and an excellent sound system. Aircraft memorabilia adorn the walls and ceiling. This area is especially suited for weddings, memorials, and other large events. Tables and chairs are available for rent.
The kitchen in Thomson Hall and the adjacent bbq pit can also be used for events.
For alcohol service, there is a cap/bottle fee. Bartenders are available for service (3 hour minimum usage). Bags of ice can be purchased for ease of use.
We can provide a ceremony surrounded by historic warplanes to accentuate any service!
