Flight Simulator

Fly the F/A-18 “Hornet” Simulator at Estrella Warbirds Museum
This one-of-a-kind opportunity allows any pilot—or wanna-be pilot—to sit in the actual cockpit of a U.S. Navy F/A-18F “Hornet” fighter aircraft and take to the skies. Once used to train pilots at Naval Air Station Lemoore, our simulator now gives museum visitors the thrill of flying one of the world’s premier fighter jets.

A Realistic Cockpit Experience
Heads-Down Display: The cockpit’s instrument panel adapts to the aircraft you select, providing authentic gauge layouts.
Pre-Flight Briefing: Every “mission” begins with a short orientation from our trained simulator operator.
Immersive Sensations: A 3D sound system surrounds you with the roar of engines and the rush of flight, while a large heads-up projection display fills your field of view for maximum realism.
