Kathy Kroeker
Kathy grew up in Atascadero and developed a lifelong connection to agriculture through Atascadero FFA, where she participated in horse judging and livestock projects. She earned degrees in Animal Science and Agricultural Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with an emphasis in accounting. Kathy brings decades of experience from managing a family-owned public water utility and construction company, as well as over 23 years with a sewer effluent treatment company. She also worked in a local retail meat market before finding her home at the Estrella Warbirds Museum. Outside the museum, Kathy has spent more than 40 years raising cattle and sheep on her ranch in North Nacimiento and enjoys gardening and living an off-grid lifestyle.
