There are many opportunities for vendors at the show this year.
Craft Vendors use Craft Vendor form
REGISTRATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I understand that I am responsible for my Display Equipment and Products and All Contents and Transportation of said items, and Permits required. I agree to release Estrella Warbirds Museum, Inc., and its Officers and Members and all sponsors of this event from All Liability and For Any Damage, Injury, or Property loss during this event. It is agreed that 20% of sales will be donated to Estrella Warbirds payable prior to exiting the grounds on the day of the event. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold space. Deposit will be applied towards the 20%. Make checks payable to Estrella Warbirds Museum, Inc. 4251 Dry Creek Road, Paso Robles, CA. 93446. Deposit due not later than two weeks prior to event.
All food and drink vendors are required to:
No Day of Show Entry for Vendors. (No refunds).
• All vendors will be parked from 6:30 a.m. to 8:a.m. on the morning of the show and must remain until 4:00p.m.. Vendors provide their pop-up, table and chairs. Vendors must be prepared to serve until 3:00 p.m. If necessary vendors must arrange for resupply during the day.
