The Estrella Warbirds Museum is offering a $500.00 scholarship to a young person in the Paso Robles, California area who is pursuing a career in aviation or an aviation related field.  The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.0, be a graduating senior or recent graduate from a local high school, and be currently applying to, attending or admitted to an accredited college.

The Estrella Warbirds Museum has established this $500 scholarship in order to assist those students who are interested in a career in aviation and who have a need for scholarship funds. Our organization is committed to assist young people of all walks of life who want to have a career in some aspect of aviation. We understand that education these days, plus flying lessons if necessary, is not inexpensive. We will consider those students who are interested in other areas of aviation and not just pilot training because we recognize that it takes a lot of people to keep an airplane in the air.

Scholarship criteria are based upon the student’s interest in the field of aviation, community involvement, outside activities, academic achievement, and personal character based upon references.
All information submitted herewith is confidential in nature and will be used ONLY for processing of scholarship application.
